Received phone call from Placer representative on 2/8 advising me of their revised offer (35c cash).

Advised them that I was aware of increased offer and that I would not be accepting as offer was insufficient.

Representative seemed a liitle surprised at my response which I found surprising!

I hold a liitle over 14,000 shares which means they must be getting desperate phoning me.
