Geez that is a scary scenario. I shudders in me boots at the though of it! Your suggestion is fanciful in the extreme however.
I suppose anything is possible for any ASX listed company in this awful market. But given MNF's proven sustained growth and move to profitability in FY09 would mean that scenario is highly unlikely.
Remember that MNF booked the Symbio $2M debt as a loss in FY08 and the recent MNF 4C shows MNF is on track and not in fact in decline.
The sceanrio you outline seems certrainly more probable over at ENG & FRE and by way of a cap raising than a debt for shares scheme.
MNF is presently a very robust company finacially.
