Good discussion guys. This is an interesting scenario for me. Its the first time I've had shares in a collapsed company.

How does one 'join' the class action proposed by IMF? Are all shareholders automatically included? I've been expecting something from IMF 'inviting' me to join. I thought they would use the share register to contact all shareholders.

I heard today that IMF would be representing only 20% of ABS shareholders.
