We're in the middle of three ABC centres and my kids both went to one (one still in)and the better staff starting taking off 12 months ago which meant the new staff and old hands who remained because they had been paid in shares in the company remained doing a lot of overtime and are owed a lot of back/holliday pay.
Also some of the centres are leased not all, some are owned by ABC or a subsidiary.
And ABC have been trying to buy more centres (recently) through 123- that doesn't make sense!!
I think all the old board of directors should face charges not just Eddy - and Le Neve has the nerve to try and sue Eddy for 44 million - only if she gives most of it to the staff and other shareholders
