Please quantify the word sales, it should read sale, as in singular and not plural.
With $28k in revenue, of which I think bank interest would have been the major part of that, shareholders need to ask, why raise $6m of which $3m is going to the directors when they havent proved out any sale(s) so far, this would appear to be a exercise in wasting money, wouldnt it be more prudent to utilise the plant in 2 shifts and pay extra wages then spend a few million on the plant?
Maybe I am missing something or running this like a family business where cash is king, but when you have loyal shareholders it does make it easier.
