    - I had SGL back then, made the mistake of wanting to hold SGL because they were cheaper at 35c and not QGC at 70 odd.

    - IT HURTS SO MUCH MORE because if they did proceed with the TO, I bet most SGL holders would have held onto QGC shares for the L/term.

    - QGC $5.75

    - SGL 19 lousy cents!!!!
