looks pretty dilutive for the sake of a raising in the order of 300-400M something I don't see is why hammer existing holders, they must really need the capital
to simply allow them flexiblity in buying other distressed assets does not wash with me, this rasing has MGW itself in a "destressed" position.
I don't hold (was previuosly short, but closed that a while ago)
