With the way this company moves quickly with acquisitions nice to know that last months general meeting established a base for any placements at no less than 85% of market price - provides a safety net for current shareholders plus also providing some incentive for insto's providing additional funds
The company obviously has additional capital avenues available which what was what the general meeting has now provided for
