I thought they had a fairly good near term order book at Henderson. Finding local workers? perhaps client funding problems on one of their contracts?

I am not so sure about ASB anymore, however it still has a lot in it's favour:
* AUD has moved to make it much more competitive, plus means US profits/assets translate at much higher value
* Global leadership in it's niche, and it is still making advances.
* Long term fuel cost concerns must favour Aluminium over steel for ferries etc.

I guess the real appeal/risk lies in the big US defence orders.
