Antman I think ur being way too optimistic wrt EW going by the info we have so far. On 22-10-08, only a week ago, the AR stated that estimated reserves for EW are 5.1bcf. Thats a long way from ur 50bcf. The absolute open flow rate of 48mmcf/d sounds impressive but a stabilised sustainable flow rate would be much lower.
According to EPR's latest quartlerly, they have a funding shortfall of ~$1.1mil for the Dec qtr and their WI in Fermat must be farmed down. At this late stage, they are desperate and may have to accept poor terms.
