I see my truly thoughtful attempt to help SLA management, and long term holders through 'question time has brought out the ugly spasmotic filth that resides behind SLA's 'grimey downrampers'....IMHO.


"Oh what fun it will be to go to a local Pub and grill in Melbourne for the AGM fiasco", you say.....'hell hath no fury like a shareholder scorned'......

This is why I asked you all to come up with these questions....and within 2 weeks of the AGM I expect all of you to send a copy, to finalise 'question time', of the final draft to Denis, demanding the answers, in a straight-up way.....or else....vote down all resolutions and ask for, not one but two 'independent directors'......and an egm within 60 days as a conglomerate of small holders......perhaps 'Solafected' would be an appropriate name for our small group.....If you'd join that is?......Between nyself us we only need another 2%....on market that's buggerall......two weeks in the mines on $5k a week.

I don't fear a SP drop in this or any other share,but I believe in fair disclosure.....Solagaran is nothing without it's smaller holders....that was proven at the last EGM....the room was full of us....and tossers who were not invited, or even owned shares ,or welcome......You could make a list from HC downers who trotted up to make matters worse.........hehaheha.....I reckon I'll have My mate stand at the door to make sure anyone with less than 50,000 shares, or no long interest, be ejected forthwith from the next one, legal or not, if the situation becomes farcical again.....BE WARNED!.....he's ropable and will fly from Darwin full of Terrifying Territorian, if ya know what I mean.

two more questions for the list from friends/investors...



1...Please explain the why Russia get’s Ropren at a certain, cheaper price, as compared to the rest of the world and how is this calculated?

2....What is the cost of producing a course of Ropren, i.e. profit margins in this respect?


One mate of mine phoned Denis a few months back and asked a few questions but got no real answers, Denis tried to placate him and got an earful, in that conversation it was pointed out that he was really a nobody with no shares to speak of, due to OPES, bar a title of director, and if he wanted to keep his job he'd better start talking to shareholders, now we see Denis and Vagif apointing options and shares willy nily ,.....please explain!....trying for 5% status?

All it'd take is me. ny mates, some here on HC and other forums and a few more close friends (not LK types) to consolidate into an entity, (certailty not under me,because I'm a pisshed, never-thel-lesss trust-worthy) that could take affirmative action/actions, with 5%+, as SLA has the right to do at BPO.....to demonstrate and dictate terms at the AGM....

The AGM better be a good one....questions need to be answered properly.....or some of us may just unite into SOLAMIGHT.....


Speaking of which....can a deal be done to add BIO-A into Vegemite?
