I think with SGP and the other bigger AREITs players in the market their stock price will be under quite a bit of stress until all the other REITs have stopped announcing they are raising capital.
SGP is considered pretty robust given many REITs have tanked. Look at Mirvac, Goodman, GPT and FKP. Their share prices have been hit such that they are now worth less than $1.. or close to $1.
Good luck all... I am holding SGP myself too. I hold faith they can't fall given they were early off the mark on raising capital.
