It is good trying to vote NO with desperate last effort to get something from ERG.

Without matter if it fails or succeeds to stop the restructure, most of small shareholders could get out from the nightmare which last for about 8 years.

It is understandable for anyone to take this restructure very seriously. It is a sad life in the market to be trapped somewhere in the market.

Life should be full of opportunities and if not, you should be in a position to forget them. Some fights may be ones you never could win.

I appreciate the efforts but if possible I would never want to join this kind of fight. It is a game in which no winners!
