yeah its a start.
remember, there are literally thousands of these kinda buildings in the UK and waterproofing them is not without some sort of collateral damage to the structure.
rising damp is a problem throughout britain. this will surely lead to other similar work, which will be a good cashflow generator, but not the big bucks we all know are out there with the major infrastructure projects.
