My bet is this will all be on the table by the time of the agm - but i do not see a way around this issue, bank also comes into play as mentioned in fridays notice - if they want a chance of getting their loan money back it may only be if prime takes full control - so i would expect a deal to be done where the back even backs a prime take over! Could any other party get involved? I don't think so with primes 44% holding!
I hope i'm wrong and we have a white night in the wings but in this market i doubt it!
Do we have a way of forcing a higher offer should one come to the table from Prime?
All interesting with only a 1.3 cent SP.
