forget the cash backing. It isn't going to be returned to shareholders anytime soon.. It will be spent, it is only a matter of time as to how long it is spent.. These guys were opportunists who milked the resources boom and high Uranium spot prices which have since tanked... They don't seem interested in developing any of their tenemants..
