Scarva, that block that went for $29k was settled only middle of last month, so it was sold two months ago.

The reason why nothing else has sold is because everyone else is holding onto their to land to see what develops.

There is no other blocks of land avaliable for sale in the township that Im aware of. Im aware of two 1,000 square metre blocks that will come onto the market in about a months or so's time. It should be interesting to see what the Coalworks development does to that price now a precendent has been set.
