Last time I looked ENG lost $12M last year and was about $5M in debt and just today it's CEO resigned.
Having Seven as it's largest shareholder is an advantage to ENG but a disadvantage to all other shareholders IMO.
What has having Seven has a 58% shareholder done for all other ENG investors so far?
