in the article, it also mentioned ERG's net asset is -12 million in June. we all know the cash flow in the recent month. i think current ERG's net asset is just 3or4 minus million or less. In such a situation,ERG gives up all of its shareholder's interest except for Duncan, we cannot say it's a bad management, we should say it's illegal.
who would like to accept such a restructure? So vote no and let's dismiss the current board, including Duncan.
