You do not need the EGM ,the AGM which must be held in NOVEMBER is where the removal of DM can take place.YRR & GPN can exorcise the past connections at the AGM's and start to build the new dawn, it is up to all the shareholders to show their disapproval of what has happened in the past and spell out in clear language by using their vote that they will not tolerate these vends again. We all must vote !
