Don't believe any one will care for either.
JORC so lare & IO now subject to much debate on price & demand. We are years away.
D&C will be good just to settle it so we have a set % to sell. I don't think management will enforce the $17m if win think they will be happy to have the extra % & need to work with D&C not piss them off.
Technically the original bid for the company still exists was just on the back shelf. Could still sell for $3 if they wanted to.
