Because your SPP is worth more than value per share.
Without that cash raised you will possibly have nothing. Not even a court case to hope foe awin on.
Sure better value in on market but no value at all if you don't raise.
No raise, no funds, no court case, no CHM.
So if you don't pay the .275 you loose your original investment.
That is why. Strategic not financial.
