    Cash backing as in cash being paid back to shareholders in a capital return soon ?

    Not bad in this current market.

    Some out there love PGL and is accumulating in an ‘orderly and controlled’ fashion.

    Soon or later word about the deal will be leaking out and everyone else will be stepping up.
