My (flawed ?) logic for 0.004 c is because that's what history teaches us. I haven't looked to closely at the accounts BUT Essentially the new issue will (in part) replace debt with equity , so the infusion of funds is reduced in total....and there were costs. The market will not like it that the same top management is still there. The plant is only worth something if it can be fed.....otherwise it is scrap.
