Cp1 and Raptis needed the money to reduce debt, so it's good news. It effectively winds up the Cira JV with a nice profit , I don't think it has any other assets. As for Cp1, it still has Martha cove, Lakes View Estate and Paradise Resorts Hotel. They'll need to sell a lot of blocks at Martha cove this summer to keep their bank happy imho.
