I reckon the next SSH notice from ROC is going to be very interesting. My view continues to be that even if NXS accepts ROC is still going to have a struggle to get from 86%ish to 90%. I continue to recommend the "dont accept" option , and watch out for ROC trying to put the frighteners into you ,if only to claim that they are "nearly there". My view is that they AINT nearly there. We shall see.
