    Hi Alonso,

    Yes, I skipped over the issue of a certificate in the event of a final dissolution, because by that stage any shares held are no longer of any value.

    If the situation has deteriorated to that point, then it's all academic and it's just a matter of which financial year a capital loss is declared.
