Still no final decision, just an announcement about a forthcoming announcement, which won't come out until the end of next week. Why can't CBA just say "yes" and let CPK get on the business of selling land?

MARKET UPDATE
The Board of CP1 Limited (ASX code: CPK) advise that they have
submitted the proposal referred to in an ASX announcement on 8
September 2008 with respect to the Company’s current finance facility.
The Company’s financier has requested additional information from CP1 in
respect to the submission. CP1 will submit the requested information to its
financier on or before Friday 26 September 2008. The financier has
indicated that it will be able to respond within 14 days of receiving the
requested information.
