    Looks like its curtains for Fulcrum.

    Their Deeb Blue subsidiary has 21 days to fork out 11 Million in debt. FUL's market cap is currently 2 Million dollars - LOL!

    Nice timing - they only got the announcement out 10 minutes before market close.
