Interesting note at p 68 AFR today how Germans are looking to get into Australian property investments due to fall in $A, and desire to get Asian exposure other than China. this may explain Nordbank's emergence as a player. Let's hope they make a bid for the whole MFI portfolio and this saga wraps up sooner rather than later.
