If that was the case then, how would you expect the deal to be made between ROC and NXS.??
If NXS is not interested in holding stock in other companies, how is the exchange going to be taken place, when NXS owns about 20% of AZA, and AZA only owns about 10% of NXS??
The deal IMHO, cannot be different than what others AZA shareholders are getting.
And, if NXS wants to do a swap, can you imagine the loss they would have incurred by doing so, when they paid a huge premium for the AZA shares in the first place??
