I have seen that happen myself and the latest being the AGM/ZFX debacle. (The price and the scenario you described reminds me of that).

I agree with you though that if we stick together, and as we have been advised by both the Independnet Director and KPMG, we will get far better value than what we have been currently offered by ROC, if the company is run the way it is now. As an individual not as ROC.
We will retain all the cash, and all the oil, gas and everything else that goes with it.

I will hold as long as it will take to see the end result.
