Also for better or for worse, we are in a company that is totally debt free, and producing oil at very good rates, which is continuing to increase our cash reserves, and we are planning to increase the production further in the near future.
And someone (shareholders that is), want to change it all in exchange for shares in a company that is fairly highly debt geared, and dwindling reserves??
I really don't understand it at all.
BUT AS THEY SAY LIFE IS TOTAL MYSTERY, LOL.!!!!
