I note your ref to ISL re Blue Hills DL. Are you sure that "Insitu Leaching" = ISL is what PMH have in mind ? Reading the 3 Sep ann re BH oxide copper, they use the term, "simple acid leaching". My take on this is that they have in mind "heap leaching", where you mine the material, lay it out in heaps on top of an impervious pad, maybe a plastic membrane. Acid solution is then sprayed on the heaps, it trickles thru dissolving copper and this solution drains via the plastic membrane into sumps and is then recirculated via pumps & sprays until copper is sufficiently concentrated to treat and extract. ISL is used to extract uranium from porous ore via drill holes but I am not aware that ISL is used much with copper ores. I would go with heap leaching for Blue Hills copper oxide ore.
