Subject to the outcome, the court will determine the remedy within its scope of its powers. I doubt the court will be involved in making any award requiring an issue of additional stock. More likely it would be a set monetary value or an issuing of a deed entitling CHM(if successful) to 5% ownership of the Jack Hill and Weld Range leases. CHM would then be free to sell those holdings to any party for what ever price they are prepared to pay for it.
