Is this "grievance" something to do with the Tcard case and has legal stand?---newb

Because the oncoming new Tcard project will cost much more
and take longer. I understand this means the NSW government did not make a good decision to terminate ERG's contract.
On the other hand ,now, the NSW is just following what ERG's final saving plan for the T-card project, ERG promised to finish before 10, 2009 in that plan, but NSW rejected.
That's why I said ERG really have sth grievance.
