MNF converted $500k debt to equity for Symbio ie they have a shareholding in MNF.

The prelim stated Symbio (ie MNF directors) were reviewing the relationship.

They'll probably convert more debt to equity or convert to long term liability with interest and lower the costs.

Symbio are the only ones that can foreclose on MNF, but since Symbio are shareholders and the directors of Symbio (ie MNF) own a tonne of MNF shares.....a silly comment imo.
