Not sure exactly who you are referring to but if i am guessing correctly that complainant will have no "legs to stand on" - complete and utter nonsense.
There will not be a trading halt since no one outside will be privy to what is happening and all participants inside will almost certainly be sworn to secrecy.
I think you would be correct in suggesting that, if there is a settlement, it would take the form of MMX for CHM and at a ratio that simply reflects the nett settlement.
It is anyones guess as to whether a settlement will be reached next week. I am sure MMX would like it to happen since they called for mediation in the first place and no corporate activity can happen whilst there is litigation outstanding.
