I cant blieve how cheap this is.
They have a $US 30million contract in China.
Wise.Owl had a buy rating at 60 cents.
It represents a great opportunity at under 30cents.
I dont think it will be under 30 cents for to long.
SOI has a cheap market capatlisation of only 11 million.
SOI, is one to consider.
