No I wouldn't roll over for paying the loans and walking away - no one would....he'd have to pay more than 115mil. But realistically if he offered over 5¢ for the remaining shares....he'd get enough to sew it up...he'd certainly have mine at an ave 1.9 cost...

That said, I like the sound of what has been presented re the restructure but there are issues I can think of that remain undefined....ie shares - will this involve a consolidation? Will the proceeds of the Sydney litigation be distributed to shareholders? What about the profits from the unfettered new enitity, what's to happen tp them? What will the focus of the new entity actually be? Whose on the board? A few more but you get the drift. Guess we wait for the meeting for some pertinent detail.
