At the end of the day, SRK is contunuing with everything as per normal and both SRK and D&C both know its in their interest for this to occur and they're still joint venture partners in this world class project at the end of the day, one way or another!
Expect a Commercial Resolution out of court but NOT in favour of SRK at all!!!
