    Thanks for the post Really77.It has brought to light the rental situation as a factor in the equation.If you look at Woolies having a discount rental of $500K per venue as opposed to NLG.The 39 hotels EBIT is $10.6 million.NLG has forecast $15 million for 2009.The figures are showing meaning.So from the figures NLG should hit $10-15 million EBIT for 2009.
