NTA has actually gone up!!!
maybe they twisted the valuers arms but maybe they didn't.
valuers use sales as a guide to what a place is worth that and discount cash flow eg rents etc
no body is buying or selling property at the moment. Apparently there is stand off so the only thing they can go on is discount cash flow and past sales.
