Could not resist answering that one - to paraphase= 'if the directors are selling (which I dont know and wont specualte) it must be a good deal for them - thus shareholders'.

One point to consider - what did the directors pay and what did the shareholders pay? You might find they are suprisinginly different amounts.................

I sold within a few days of the announcement and was in on the IPO. It was not paper I would have bought on market (NGF) so I did not want to swap my 20cps IPO stock for it. Simple as that.
