    I have seen this sort of issue before with other stocks, in this case there is nil effect of dilution and for that the company gets $26k.
    At the end they are worth something if the price is at .20 and above, so be it at .20 I would have no worries in the world.
    Oh yes I would TAX, but I have a plan.
