Don't know, is that usual or otherwise to have off-take for the life of the mine ? Maybe both parties wanted a sunset clause in there just in case things didn't measure up on behalf of both parties. Speculating on this topic of course.
What I do know is that the price of moly is just a whisker off $40/LB AUD.
