Tomorrow CDR will announce that it will appoint the necessary people to finalise its affairs. The company in essence has been in recievership as it has been only propped up by the permission of its bankers. I believe the banks have decided to cut their losses. I hope I am wrong for holders sake but the word out there is otherwise.
