The issue at the moment with expanding the resources to at least 300mt and upgrading the category of the mineralization is they currently don't have the necessary community approvals to continue drilling the resource so they must consult with 15 local and surrounding groups to get their Approvals and we all know how long this can take especially if 1 or 2 of them start to get needy etc etc. Maybe this is why it's taking so long to get this damn project off the floor, for these very reasons perhaps?

The other thing I was thinking is that if Asmanov is happy to tip in $100mil into SRK for around 27% of SRK which means he'll effectively have around 17% of AF if SRK are successfull in retaining the other 17.15%, then maybe he can offer D&C around $150mil for their 24.5% and buy them out???
