Its a drop in the ocean but its not worth ignoring. Strip mining and subsequent barge transport is not that expensive and the port infrastructure is already in place. The current coal price makes it viable.
Its a sellable asset and i'd sooner see them get their money from the project and concentrate on the IO part of their business.
