Well some of it was deceitful I think too, now that that quaterly results have come out, especially the quote that was repeated recently, dont know by whom initially, something along the lines "they cant keep up with the orders from china". Clearly this is not the case.

Also, many people were counting, including myself, on the multi million dollar MOU, and if that was realised, we would have been in a much better situation right now.
I really dont know why they did not announce this earlier, it took them 5 months + to announce that they had not received payment, and I really think that this is withholding market sensitive information.
There are many people that have bought in, counting on this MOU going through.

I honestly think that this SP will turn around, but am now a little sceptical about "deals" and their announcements.
Also enough of the reitteration of news in their announcements, I think they've mentioned the $230K deal 3 times already.
Another thing that annoys me with their announcements is the fact that they continuously mention "possible" markets, or mention the fact that there are "reported" new bird flu outbreaks. I really dont want to know this unless RBY is involved somehow, and I find myself sifting through the announcement trying to find out what we really want to know, which is, tell us what the company is doing, what the REAL progress is of deals and not what possibilities there are. Looks like theyre just trying to fill up the page, so it look credible.
